3. Booking Terms and Conditions
3.1 Booking Process
To make a booking through our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal authority to make the booking
- Accept responsibility for all persons included in the booking
- Agree to pay all charges associated with the booking
3.2 Confirmation and Payment
Bookings are not confirmed until:

- Payment is processed successfully
- We send you written confirmation
- All required documentation is provided
Payment terms vary by service but typically include:
- Deposit required at time of booking
- Final payment due 45-60 days before travel
- Full payment required for bookings made within 45 days of travel

3.3 Pricing and Fees

- Base service costs from suppliers
- Our service fees and consultation charges
- Applicable taxes where required
Prices do not include:
- Personal expenses and incidentals
- Travel insurance (unless specifically included)
- Passport and visa fees
- Meals not specified in the itinerary
- Gratuities and tips
- Airport taxes and departure fees (where not included)
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation fees apply based on timing before departure:
- More than 60 days: Loss of deposit (typically 25% of total cost)
- 31-60 days: 50% of total trip cost
- 16-30 days: 75% of total trip cost
- 15 days or less: 100% of total trip cost (no refund)
Specific cancellation terms may vary based on:
- Supplier cancellation policies
- Type of booking (flights, hotels, tours)
- Seasonality and demand
- Special events or peak periods
- Custom or group bookings
4.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:
- Insufficient enrollment for group tours
- Safety concerns or travel advisories
- Force majeure events
- Supplier cancellations or service unavailability
- Customer breach of terms or inappropriate behavior
In case of cancellation by us, you will receive:
- Full refund of amounts paid, or
- Credit toward alternative travel arrangements, or
- Rebooking assistance at no additional charge
4.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies while traveling
- Baggage loss or delay
- Travel delays and missed connections
- Emergency evacuation
5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities
5.1 Documentation Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- Valid passport with appropriate validity period
- Necessary visas and entry permits
- Required vaccinations and health certificates
- Travel insurance documentation
- Emergency contact information
5.2 Health and Safety
Travelers must:
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect travel
- Obtain necessary medical clearances

5.3 Conduct and Behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

6. Limitations of Liability

We act as an intermediary for third-party suppliers and are not liable for:
- Actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, or tour operators
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by suppliers
- Quality of accommodations or services
- Safety incidents involving supplier services
- Loss or damage to personal property
6.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or additional costs due to:
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Political instability or civil unrest
- Terrorism or security threats
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Government actions or travel restrictions
- Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
6.3 Limitation of Damages
Our liability is limited to:
- The total amount paid for our services
- Direct damages only (no consequential damages)
- Claims filed within one year of the incident

No oral or written statements by our employees or agents can modify these Terms unless specifically authorized in writing by our management.
